Carol Summers

Carol Summers (b.1925) is a master printmaker of woodcuts as well as a leading collector/researcher of Indian folk textiles in North America. His work is held in the renowned museum collections such as The Art Institute of Chicago; Biblioteque National, Paris; Brooklyn Museum of Fine Arts; Los Angeles County Museum; Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Modern Art, New York; to name a few. Since 1993 he has led tours of India focusing on folk arts of the Rajputs.
